SCENORYX

Practise the conversation, not the checklist

SCENORYX turns a case into someone your people can actually talk to. They ask, the character answers the way a real person would, and what they miss is as measurable as what they get right.

Works in the browser. Nothing to install for participants.

Billing dispute, duplicate charge

Customer, intermediate

04:37
  1. Agent

Can you tell me a bit about what happened with the charge?

  2. Customer

I've called about this twice already and nobody's sorted it out.

  3. Agent

I'm sorry about that. Do you have a reference number from your last call?

  4. Customer

Not in front of me, no. It was a few days ago.

No reference number offered until a workaround is tried

  5. Agent

That's fine. Can you tell me the date the charge went through instead?

  6. Customer

The 14th. And actually, thinking about it, it went through twice, not once.

The duplicate charge surfaces only once the date is pinned down

The account history appears here once the agent pulls it up.

A simulation platform, not a chat window

The voice conversation is how a participant interacts. The product is everything around it: the case, the rules for revealing it, the material it draws on, and the record of what happened.

Live voice, in the browser

A participant opens their assigned simulation, allows the microphone, and starts talking. No phone number, no dial-in, no software to install.

Cases that hold their detail

Each fact in a case has a rule for when the character will give it up. Some come out unprompted, most need a direct question, and a few need the participant to earn them.

Your own material

Upload the protocols, policies and case libraries you already use. Scenarios draw on the documents attached to them, and only those.

Evidence in the moment

An invoice, a contract page, a radiograph. The character produces it when the conversation reaches it, and the participant works from what they see.

Assessment you can defend

Scores follow your rubric, and every one points back at the turn in the transcript that earned it. Nothing is graded on impression alone.

Separated by organization

Your scenarios, documents, participants and results are reachable only by your organization. Isolation is enforced in the database, not in application code.

Build your first scenario

Create an organization, upload the material you already train from, and have a working simulation the same day.
